Minimum Order
You may order as few as one piece of any inventoried item (unless noted). However, if you wish to add a dealer imprint to select items, a minimum quantity applies. We do require a minimum order total of $50.00. A $5.00 handling fee will be automatically added to any order under $50.00.

Merchandise Returns
Our products are 100% guaranteed. Recipient of merchandise has 14 days to contact Cary Francis Group to return defective or damaged merchandise. After 14 days, we will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Cary Francis Group’s customer service department.
Drop ship orders are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

Dealer Imprints
This gift catalog contains many items that can be produced with your dealer imprint. The price list shows the required minimum quantity along with any price breaks available for these items. Dealer imprint delivery is 3-5 weeks. Cary Francis Group limits the billable over runs to applicable manufacturer standards.

Pricing
Cary Francis Group reserves the right to review, edit product replacement and pricing on an as needed basis. Prices listed are in US dollars. Additional duty/broker fees will be the responsibility of the dealer. All orders shipping outside the US will incur a $55.00 international handling fee. International orders require credit card payment.
